Responsible for investigating the communication quality of employees working in a Finnish public institution, Keski-Suomen Yhteisöjen Tuki (KYT), the Supporting Association for Third Sector Organizations in Central Finland. The study was qualitative and based on a new re-elaboration of the balanced scorecard for public institutions. The results were published on a collection of articles edited by Ms. Terttu Nupponen
Unite for Sight – on line volunteering job. Responsible for designing informative posters, brochures and leaflets for Asian children between 6-11 years old about the community eye health programs. This activity was part of the International Health – Thailand program, which was implemented by Unite For Sight’s field teams in Summer 2004
